How do I spend my life force energy?
Your life force energy is the most precious commodity you have, once it is spent it is used. There are ways to increase your life force energy through practices you can embody every day. When you are in meditation, centered with a quite mind, your dormant abilities become alive within. Your cellular body will take over opening up new natural abilities within you.

It ran my life for years, barely taking a moment to stop and see where I was at. To hone the mind it takes time, discipline and passion to bring yourself back into the nothingness. Cellular healing
Inner child trauma and how it correlates to cellular and emotional healing.
I have found learning how to heal through my cellular body one of the most incredible experiences one can go through. I have been given the greatest gift where I was taught by arc angels, and other beings while in trance waking states. I have also had wonderful friends who helped me understand how to get deeper within. Angels were my first teacher when I was young. They helped me understand how to navigate inside the body. It was natural to me.
I would like to mention first of all, healing in your cellular body takes time or can be rather quick depending on you. If you are more naturally sensitive It may come to you like second nature, and others may need more time. I want you know that it does not matter how long it takes as long as you keep trying. Even if you do not feel anything immediately does not mean its not working. Always remember just because you can’t see it or feel it doesn’t mean its not there. That is the lesson I taught my family when I could use my psychic powers to see stuff such as aura’s and the rest of my family could not. This did not make it any less real.
TRUST THE PROCESS
This is a key thing to remember always.
Cellular healing is imperative skill for you to connect fully into your soul. Did you know that you store all your emotions happy, sad and everything in between inside you. We store even all previous embodiment’s including this incarnation inside us. We carry all our gifts and hidden magic that dwells within everyone of us. Absolutely everything. All those times you may of pushed your feelings under the rug where you never had a chance to address it. You know those ones that hardly see the light of day, unless we are really feeling the push, due to a circumstance that is less than favourable?
When diving deep inside it’s important to feel into why we believe the things we feel is our truth. Where within is a shift needed where you are in separation of self. What you observe and embody through your childhood experience sets stage for the rest of your life. Your belief systems of self are quite ingrained throughout your cellular body and emotional body. By the time you’re an adult you are already in great momentum attracting experiences into your life to learn and heal through, which continues throughout your entire incarnation until the lesson is complete. Once you have completed, and healed this circle of your lesson’s, life becomes much more fun! This is the school of life. We have come here many times before figuring out these lessons getting closer to the embodiment into your soul. With each lifetime we all become closer and one day reach the finish line.
Cellular and Emotional healing go hand in hand when going deep within. You really can’t do one with out the other. To communicate within your being in all the ways possible, you must understand how important these aspects of you are. They are what will help you discern energy, they boost your intuition and all your gifts. They are your secret tools that just want to be known to help you in all functions of your life. The only way to connect to your cellular and emotional body is through your feeling center. Your mind can not answer any questions you don’t know to ask. Only through feeling is it possible. Your cellular body is the gate way to move deeper into your soul to be elevated within.
When learning how to connect there are some important parts we need to cover first. They are called activation codes. It is important to bring awareness to your body through the science of the spoken word. This is one aspect of how we form energy into things. There is also the written word on paper; another aspect. We will cover many aspects how to do this throughout the book to help you connect deeper within.
How to fortify your energy field when out and about.
When you are empathic your natural disposition is to feel everything around you. You may feel a persons energy down an isle in a grocery store and pick up on it. You may walk into a space fleeing a little off kilter, or even the consciousness of a physical item. It is important to fortify your energy body to keep you in top shape wherever you are.
One easy way is to imagine you’re sitting in a big egg. Float into the middle of the egg emitting the most brightest diamond white light with gold flecks emanating out of it. Take a moment allowing yourself to remember a wonderful experience evoking a feeling of love inside. Take a moment here and center on that feeling.
Give yourself 5 minutes to feel into the experience. If you have not experienced pure love to your soul imagine what if could feel like. Either way is perfect as your sub-conscious does not know the difference. All it will do is respond to is what you feed it. Imagine all sorts of colors radiating out of your heart creating a feeling of love. Allowing this frequency to integrate through your body.
Imagine mirrors all around the egg. These mirrors reflect outwards. Set the intention out loud.
“I am only allow energy into my field for the highest evolution of my soul based in love”
“I am filing my egg with pure love, bliss, compassion,” and what ever else you would like to add in is perfect. You can add into what kind of day you would like to experience. Imagine a color for each feeling dancing inside your body.
"I send any energy of a lower vibration to be recycled with love back to neutrality to be created into new manifestations of love. "
Imagine creating this frequency into shapes and geometries. Take a deep breath creating a sound to raise the vibration of your entire field. All sounds are perfect.
Hold this vision for 10 minutes within. This will keep all out all vibrations that are not meant for your field.
To add to your experience project the light color of love through your feeling center to wherever you are going when leaving your space. Imagine the energy encapsulating the door that you will be walking through. Set the intention of how you want the experience to be. Take a moment and hold this vision.
Now go and play in what you just created. You can create smooth sailing and all green lights to wherever you are going. If you are going shopping project everything you want will be on sale. All the people you meet today will be full of joy and receive you well. I have done this multiple times enjoying wonderful connections in grocery stores. Give it a try and watch the power of your manifestation’s unfold.
The monkey in your head
I know there are many thoughts going through your mind on a regular basis. When going into a meditation trance state It is helpful to turn it down or off for a bit. Especially at the beginning of learning how to do a cellular deep dive when you’re not sure what you are going to find out.
Now its important to honor your mental plane this part of you. This part of you helps you get out of bed, makes sure you get to where you need to go and basically runs a large percentage of all your activities and thoughts. Now that is a lot of work to ask. Going into your cellular and emotional body lightens the load for you which opens up more channels of light to come into your energy fields. Light will enter your body regenerating your entire being. This activates dormant DNA. Turns on past life memories that are ready to be healed.
Follow these instructions to turn of your mental plane.
Imagine a staircase starting inside your heart leading all the way up into your head. You will notice on the platform with a door in front of you. Go through the door. You will notice another version of you looking back at you. This version of you resides in your mental plane. Create a paradise within a magical a holiday for yourself. Please share that you will be gone for just for a little while and promise to come back. Build a comfortable log, or bench or chair. You can imagine a forest, an ocean, wherever you feel your paradise is. Then give your mental plane an amulet. This lets you come and find you in your body no matter where you are. All your mental plan has to do is press it, poof instantly you will be sent to wherever you are. Right now, however we don’t need any help which is why you are putting your mental plane on a holiday. Once you are both in agreement step away and got through the door back into your staircase and fly back down into your heart for the next step.
